What “may be eligible” means
We never say “guaranteed free grant”.
An eligible or maybe eligible result means your answers appear to match some initial scheme indicators. It is not a final approval, grant award or funding guarantee.
Formal eligibility depends on scheme rules, evidence, property checks, survey findings, funding availability and decisions made by the relevant scheme administrator or delivery partner. Curator Renovatis is a structured starting point, not the final decision maker.

Each route has its own rules covering factors such as income, benefits, property type, tenure, heating system and EPC position.
Evidence and survey checks
Online answers cannot replace evidence review, property checks or technical survey findings.
Referral and installer boundaries

We do not treat an online result as approval. Where a referral is appropriate, it should follow review and consent.
Relevant accreditations may apply
Some work types may require installers or partners with relevant standards such as MCS, TrustMark or PAS 2035-related processes. This does not mean Curator Renovatis holds those certifications.
