Accreditation and delivery expectations

Some retrofit measures and funding routes involve recognised installer standards, technical surveys and scheme-specific requirements. Curator Renovatis does not replace those checks.

  • Relevant MCS certification may be required for heat pumps, solar PV or other eligible technologies.
  • TrustMark registration may be relevant for ECO4 and other government-backed delivery routes.
  • PAS 2035-related processes may apply where whole-house retrofit coordination is required.
  • Appropriate insurance and public liability cover may be required for the works undertaken.
  • Professional property surveys are still required before works, costs or suitability can be confirmed.
